After placing your order, please allow 5-7 business days to process. As a small and growing business, I do not currently stock inventory, which means all orders are printed as they come in.
Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information.
On average, shipping takes 2-5 days once it leaves my shop. There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc)
I am not currently shipping internationally but am working on it for you all!
You will be responsible for re-shipping fees if you input the incorrect delivery address, so please be mindful.
Please allow for delays that are out of our control. We try our best to get your package to you safely and in a timely manner.
For the weight of most of our items, our shipping rates are extremely low.
I’ve made a decision to cover 25-40% of your shipping label costs so you don't have to worry about it too much. ie. If it costs us $15 to ship your package, you only have to pay ~$7 and we will cover the rest for you.
I am currently online only and due to time constraints will not be able to plan outside meetings to save you on shipping.

Because each item is made upon order, all BMBB Lifestyle sales are final. We recommend making sure of your order before placing it to avoid any unnecessary hassle!
You may email us to change size/color (based on availability) if we have not fulfilled your order yet. However, no changes can be made once your order has been fulfilled and/or shipped out of our shop.

Exchanges
We do not exchange items unless the original product was incorrectly shipped or defective. We do not accept any other reasons (ie. personal reasons) for exchanges and will not send over a replacement. Please make sure of your items and sizes before placing your order.

Refunds will only be accepted in exchange for online store credit only.
Please email bmbblifestyle@gmail.com to process your refund.
If your request is approved, you’ll be sent a store credit code via email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Please note return shipping labels will not be provided and you will be responsible to purchase your own shipping label, should you choose to do so. The original shipping cost is non-refundable as we've incurred the cost to ship the items to you already.

Damages and issues
No matter how much care we put into our pieces, factory defects are unavoidable. I do make sure all pieces go through quality check to ensure your satisfaction! Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue with photos and make it right to you as soon as possible.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Please contact us immediately if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after your tracking has stated that the package had been "delivered".
If the shipping address was inputted correctly on our end (from what you provided us), we will not be liable for any lost/stolen packages as we've fulfilled our responsibility of shipping out your order.
